Yahooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!

My yahoo account was blocked yesterday. I was helpless.. May be, someone might have hacked my password and changed it. I wrote to Yahoo customer care and got amazing response from them, which I never expected. This is the last mail from them.

Dear yahoo customer care,

I am experiencing problems in login to my yahoo account from
yesterday. I am not able to login. I haven't changed my password. I
mailed you twice with the information that you have requested. First
time, you replied saying that the alternate email address
information is not matching. I have created this account 4-5 years
back. I have sent the information again.. what ever I can
recall.. so fortunately, the detail for alternate email address was
correct.
Second time you replied me aking the secret question.

Before writing to you, I tried to recover my password using the
"forgot my password" option in yahoo login page.

I have entered the details.. Of course, I was asked the same secret
question. As I have created it long back, I didn't remember the answer
I gave during my registration. So I was not able to get my password
back.
I may have given the answer as dog. But not sure.

please help me in this regard. I agree that you will protect security
and privacy of the accounts.. hence you verify all these questions. Is
there no other way that I get back my account ?? All my contacts &
yahoo groups
are in this account. Please understand my situation.

The thing is I didn't change the password. But still not able to
login. I don't know why you have blocked my account. I wouldn't have
forgotten my answer for secret question. But please help me.

5. Alternate (non-Yahoo!) email address that we currently list
This I forgot..
I did not give any alternate email address during registration.
If I changed it later on, I guess, it should be either
xxxxx@asdas.cas or xysd@asdfss.sdfd

6. Your new alternate email address, if it needs to be updated (please
note, this cannot be a Yahoo! Mail address)


7. Secret Question and Answer

I am helpless.. I forgot this too..
